This committee is responsible for the inspection\repair and or replacement of the perimeter fence around Twin Creeks Villas. Any issues concerning the perimeter fence should be addressed to the committee which will determine if the repairs are appropriate. Gates and side fences, however, are the responsibility of individual homeowners.
